machine triage
Equipment life cycles are sometimes a hard thing to agree upon within a customer’s company structure. Most equipment manufactures would rather replace old customer equipment with new options simply because it is easier for them, not their customers. We have a different outlook.
Our machine triage philosophy has been developed over many years of helping our customers make informed economical decisions on equipment life cycles. Our engineers assist customers in determining whether repairing, rebuilding, upgrading or replacing existing machinery is the best solution for each customer’s given application. We have the ability to do this in several areas of focus.
on-site services
Part of our machine triage philosophy is our on-site services that help ensure the repairing, rebuilding, or upgrading of specific equipment fits seamlessly into the customer’s operation. While some issues can be resolved over the phone or via email, nothing is more efficient at getting to the root of an issue like seeing it in-person. Our on-site services allow our engineers a better way to evaluate our customer’s equipment and incorporate that information into an audit. From equipment solutions and customer training to web issue consultation, we are here to help.
