AMD acquires REM Manufacturing, Inc and continues to expand their capabilities.

AMD affiliate Purecart Enterprises purchases Purecart® product line.

AMD Purchases the Corrugated Division of PCMC. Begins to support the existing Litho Laminator equipment line.

AMD Purchases designs and intellectual property of Machinery Renovation Technology (MRT)

2000

AMD continues to grow, relocates to current site at 610 Baeten Road. AMD and Lindquist Machine Corporation (LMC) form Strategic Alliance to better service customer needs.

Associated Machine Design, Inc. (AMD) is incorporated in Green Bay, WI.

(Primary business focus is equipment renovations and custom equipment supply.)
AMD Purchases O&E Division of PCMC including all designs and project history.
AMD begins supporting existing O&E /Hewitt customers for parts and services.

1994

KRC-Hewitt Engineering / Product Design Group is sold to Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC).
Entire division relocates to become part of O&E Machine (Division of PCMC) Green Bay, WI.

1991

Kernen Rubber Company (KRC) purchases Hewitt Machine Company to become KRC-Hewitt.
(Focus becomes more on roll production and rubber covering of rolls.)

1985

REM Engineering is founded in New Jersey by former employees of the Arrow Converting Company.)

Appleton Machine Company is purchased by Wartsila Group (Later becomes Valmet / Metso Paper) A portion of Appleton Machine’s engineering group leaves to become part of Hewitt Machine Company in Neenah, WI.
(Company concentrates on paper machinery rebuild and upgrades, new specialty equipment.)
